All Humble ISD offices and campuses will be closed March 11-15 for Spring Break. Classes resume on Monday, March 18, for middle and high school students. Elementary students have a student holiday/staff workday and will resume classes on Tuesday, March 19.


WLMS students read over 1,000 books during the month of February. Classes with the most readers received a popcorn party!

WLMS had the pleasure of hosting our first iron men volunteer today. He set the bar high by greeting our children, joining for lunch, and even assisting and cleaning the cafeteria.

The WLMS band performed for our incoming 6th graders during their tour of West Lake!


WLMS engineering students built planter beds for our Special Education department. They will learn how to grow and care for their own living plants!

The culinary department shared their chicken and rice dish with Mr. Martin! Mrs. Tralie is running a top-notch culinary program at WLMS!


WLMS orchestra had their first clinician come in to help prepare for UIL! Thank you Mrs. Hale for working with the chamber orchestra.


Level 3 dance students attended the Houston Ballet: Ballet Talk and got to tour their facilities!

Practice has begun for the Battle of the Books competition in April! Students have been writing their own questions and quizzing each other on book trivia.

Humble ISD will be OPEN Wednesday, January 17. Road conditions have improved. Classes will begin at normal time. School buses and activities will operate on the normal schedule.
