The Advanced Learning & Services team is proud to provide meaningful summer professional learning opportunities for Humble ISD teachers designed to meet the needs of our G/T learners, insist on rigor, and provide manageable ways to differentiate in advanced core content courses. All professional learning opportunities are grounded in the Advanced Learning Framework which leverages Kaplan and Gould's Depth and Complexity thinking framework through AVID's WICOR instructional practices. Professional learning opportunities are provided both in-person as well as virtual to accommodate Humble ISD educators.
