During today's Restorative Practices Pep Rally our 3rd - 5th graders shared their class chants with us to show their class spirit. It was great to see our students come together and share with each other what makes them great students.
Mrs. Galarza and Mrs. Amezquita's classes created a pumpkin patch in their classroom showcasing different storybook characters from their favorite books. They invited staff and students to come vote on their top 3 favorite pumpkins in the patch.
The RPE Storybook Parade is something we look forward too each year. It's always a joy to see what characters students chose to dress up as from their favorite book.

We are excited to continue our Froggy Father program once again for the 24-25 school year, here at RPE! Our amazing Tree Frog Fathers volunteer their time to come on campus and interact with our students throughout the school day. With our Froggy Fathers presence in and around campus, our Treefrogs know they are loved, valued, and protected.
Mr. Graves is our Froggy Father Liaison, who oversees the program, as well as recruits and signs new fathers up. Mr. Gonzalez and Mr. Edwards are our Lead Froggy Fathers who have been volunteering their time and are here to introduce new Froggy Fathers to the program.

We are continuing our Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations by wearing Astros' gear to honor the Latin baseball players of the Houston Astros.
It was our pleasure to host the Humble Elementary Principal meeting this month, we got to showcase our Tree Frog talent. The RPE Choir, Froggy Fiddlers, Ribbit Recorders, and Step Team got to perform for our guests.
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and RPE is excited to show our continued support for families battling pediatric cancer.
Our first Annual Title 1 meeting was a huge success! We showcased our Student Leadership, Step Team, Ribbit Recorders, and Dynamic Dance Team. Thanks to all the parents that came to hear and see what RPE is all about.
