SCHS Course Selection Timeline
SCHS Course Request Change Directions and Link - Opens April 14, 2025 & May 12, 2025

Students who are new to Humble ISD must schedule an appointment with the SCHS Registrar on (281) 641-5425 to register before meeting with a Counselor to review course selections.

Level Change Requests Fall 2024
Students wishing to change from a PreAP/AP course to a Level class during the semester must adhere to the Level Change policies/procedures. Procedures and deadlines must be followed; no extensions will be granted.
Level Changes will ONLY be made at the 3-week and then at the 6-week mark (or at the end of the first semester). Students must submit this request form by the designated deadline for it to be considered and processed.
Procedure:
1. Student and Parent / Guardian must complete the Level Change Request Form online.
2. Teachers will be notified of the request, and the teacher will review the request and conference with the student and/or family.
3. The counselor will review the request.
Requests for changes at the 3-week mark are due by 3:00 p.m. on August 30, changes at the 6-week mark are due by 3:00 p.m. on September 20.
Requested changes at the end of the semester are due by Friday, December 6, at 3:00 P.M.
Notes:
1. Several class changes (and/or teacher changes) may be needed to accommodate this one request. Submission of this form gives consent to make schedule changes as needed.
2. Students must follow their current schedule until a new schedule is received from their counselor.
