Rosalyn Sweat received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Prairie View A&M University in 1999 and her master’s degree in Educational Administration from Texas Southern University in 2003.  She began her teaching career as a middle school teacher in 1999 where she taught 8th grade reading.  From 2004-2018, she served as an Assistant Principal/Principal at the middle school and high school levels.  

In 2019, she joined Humble ISD and the administrative team at Summer Creek High School.  Mrs. Sweat served as a Bulldog for 2 years as an Assistant Principal.  In May of 2021, she was named the founding Principal at Autumn Ridge Middle School and is devoted to continuing to serve children and her community.  Mrs. Sweat has dedicated her life to ensuring the success of students and personalizing learning to help them reach their full potential. 

Mrs. Sweat is married to Ryan Sweat, an educator and coach.  They have 2 children that attend schools in Humble ISD.  They reside in the Humble ISD district and enjoy being a part of the community.  They enjoy spending time together, traveling, and playing games.

Matthew Schwer is excited to be coming back to Humble ISD.  He earned his bachelor's degree from Clarion University in Pennsylvania and his Master’s degree in from Sam Houston State University.  Mr. Schwer taught Math at the middle school level in Pasadena ISD and Humble ISD at Timberwood Middle School before moving into administration in 2008.  He has served as an Assistant Principal and Principal in Houston ISD at the middle school and elementary levels.  Mr. Schwer is dedicated to being a servant leader to those he works with and leading schools in which all students are equipped to meet their individual potential and goals. 

Mr. Schwer has been married to his wife Rhonda who is also an educational leader.  They are proud to reside in the Humble community and to be the parents of 3 daughters who attend school in Humble ISD.

Roderic Williams is honored to be a part of Humble ISD.   Mr. Williams received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston/Downtown and his Master's from Lamar University. He has 18 years of experience in education as a teacher, coach, and assistant principal.  His personal values have always been leading with integrity, passion, and purpose.   He is excited to bring those values to the Humble community and Autumn Ridge Middle School.

Amber Williams is honored to join a dedicated and dynamic school community. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Prairie View A&M University and Masters Degree from Concordia University.  She has 16 years of Education Experience as a Teacher, Coach and District Administration. She is a believer of Servant Leadership. She is committed to serving all students and their families in the Humble ISD Community.  Ms. Williams believes that this is going to be an amazing year of collaboration and growth.
